Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Shipping
We only sell B2B. Orders are confirmed by WhatsApp or email after we agree on models, quantities and prices. Once payment is received and cleared in our bank, we normally need a few business days to prepare, test again and pack the goods. Shipments leave mainly from Hong Kong or Taiwan by international courier or air cargo, using the shipping method and Incoterms agreed in the quotation. Transit time depends on destination, carrier and customs, so any delivery dates we give are estimates, not guaranteed arrival times.
Customs, Duties & Import Rules
All exports include basic commercial documents such as invoice and packing list. However, the buyer is fully responsible for making sure used / refurbished phones can be legally imported into their country, and for obtaining any licences or approvals if required. Import duties, VAT/GST, handling fees and any other local taxes are always paid by the buyer. If customs delay, hold or return a shipment due to local regulations or missing permits on the buyer’s side, we cannot refund or compensate for those issues.
Risk, Damage & DOA for Export Orders
Once we hand the shipment to the courier or freight forwarder according to the agreed Incoterms, the risk passes to the buyer. If cartons arrive visibly damaged, the buyer must document it and open a claim directly with the carrier. Separate from transport damage, we offer a limited Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy for export orders: details such as DOA definition, reporting time and maximum percentage are always stated in the quotation or invoice. Export orders do not include any long-term warranty or right of return for slow sales, minor cosmetic issues or normal wear and tear. For any questions about a shipment, you can contact us at Email / WhatsApp
