Business Scope & Use of This Site
This website is operated by HK · Taiwan iPhone Wholesale, a B2B supplier of used and refurbished iPhones based in Hong Kong and Taiwan. We sell to businesses only, not to individual consumers. All information on this site (including prices, stock examples and descriptions) is general information for potential buyers and is not a binding offer. Actual availability, specifications and prices are confirmed individually by WhatsApp or email. By using this site or contacting us about stock, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Orders are confirmed case-by-case after we agree on models, quantities, grades, prices and shipping terms. Stocks and prices change frequently; quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quote, or, if no period is stated, until we withdraw or update them. All payments are made by bank transfer (T/T) in USD, unless we clearly agree otherwise in writing. For new buyers, payment is required in full before we prepare and ship the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment, for example if payment is not received, if we suspect fraud, or if stock is no longer available.
Warranty, Liability & Governing Law
Export sales are supplied without long-term warranty. We provide only the limited Dead on Arrival (DOA) coverage described in our quotations or invoices; beyond that, all devices are sold on an “as is” basis for professional resale. We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit, loss of business, or costs caused by customs delays, carrier issues or resale difficulties. As a small cross-border wholesaler, we aim to resolve any problems in a reasonable, business-like way, but our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid for the goods in that specific order. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Hong Kong.
