Refund Policy
Scope of Refunds
We are a B2B iPhone wholesale supplier and do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, slow sales, or minor cosmetic issues. Refunds are available only for devices that qualify as Dead on Arrival (“DOA”) under the terms agreed in each quotation or invoice. Apart from DOA cases, all goods are sold on an “as is” basis for professional resale.
DOA Definition and Reporting
For the purpose of this policy, DOA means a device that is non-functional on arrival, for example it will not power on at all or has a completely dead display, and the issue is not caused by shipping damage or later misuse. Any DOA units must be reported within the time window and maximum percentage stated in your quotation or invoice, with clear video proof and IMEI list. Claims made outside that time or without sufficient evidence will not be accepted.
Refund Method and Exclusions
Once we verify a DOA claim according to the agreed terms, we will provide a credit or refund up to the value of the confirmed DOA units, usually as a credit against your next order. We do not refund shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, or any indirect losses such as loss of profit or resale costs.
