Quality Control & Grading (B2B Standard)

Our process is designed for international wholesale and resale:

  • Cosmetic grading: A–C (appearance-based)

  • Pre-shipment function testing: screen/touch, camera, charging, Face ID/Touch ID (where applicable), buttons, audio, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, SIM/network detection, etc.

  • FMI / Activation Lock: OFF before shipment (no iCloud-locked devices)

  • Blacklist check: via industry databases

  • Data wipe / factory reset: completed before dispatch

  • IMEI/Serial list: available before shipment

  • Packaging: each unit packed individually (unit bag), export-ready for bulk shipping

Battery health depends on batch and model. If your market has specific requirements, we can confirm expectations during quotation and reflect it on the proforma invoice / batch notes.

  • KYC is required for first-time buyers

DOA Policy 

  • Claim window: within 3 business days after delivery

  • Evidence required: unboxing video + testing proof + IMEI/serial reference

  • Resolution: credit on the next order
    Note: cosmetic wear consistent with the agreed grade is not considered DOA.
